  CROOKS!! RUN LIKE HELL!!, I had a charge back and this lady Melissa that works there tried to pull a scam. They offer to put the money back in your account and when you win the case and the money comes back they try to keep it and then charge you for putting the money Back in your account they took in the first place... Crooked

  I have been taken through the ringer so to speak by my bank and another processing company. Just when I thought I would never find a good one my sales rep was very patient and understanding with me and everything he promised he backed up. I saved a lot of money and they have no garbage fees. The customer service was amazing! My sales rep was amazing and I will never leave them!!

  I am a new first time small business owner. I am writing this so that other businesses will be aware of the unscrupulous practice of United Merchants Processing Association (300 West Cherry St. Palmyra, PA) taking your money out of your bank account without any service being provided or having had any cost incurred to them! I was pressured into signing with them by their sales rep John Leone for credit card processing services for my clients. He never reviewed or disclosed any of the information on the many pages of small print on the forms. Three days later I advised them in writing that I did not want to do business with them. They never inquired as to why and without my knowledge they immediately took $1100 out of my bank account. When I spoke to Melissa in their office and explained there was no service given to me or expense incurred by her company she said I should have read what I was signing and would not give me my hard earned money back!!!! UMPA never provided a service or incurred any costs and will not return my $1100. I am putting this out there for all of the business owners who are searching for a professional and competitive merchant services company to stay clear of this unethical company! What has happened to customer service and integrity????
